Interviewer:
Salutations, Gurudev.
Gurudev:
Yes, salutations, child. Salutations, salutations.
Interviewer:
Gurudev, we have made many videos on this channel discussing the Kalki avatar, the seven immortals (Chiranjivis), and the Yoginis. It is said that many who are destined to return, along with those who are still alive, will assemble in one place to participate in a great war. But so far, we have only discussed the side of the gods. We haven't talked about the opposing side yet. Will anyone from the Rakshasas (demons) or those on the other side also return? Is there any such possibility?
Gurudev:
Certainly, they will return. You are mistaken if you think otherwise. Ravana's body has already been found; people have located it. It was recovered from Nagaloka. Ravana will also come back to life. Not only that, all the gods are waiting above. They will all descend. And Krishna, as you knowâKrishna was indeed in the womb, but he did not emerge through the birth canal; he came out from the back. Many people don't know this, but Krishna was not born in the traditional way.
Gurudev:
Anyway, now everyone is standing and waiting. The time has come, and they are needed. The gods too will descend. Not only will a "good person" descend, but many deities are ready. They will descend to rule this earth. You might have seen at the Kumbha MelaâI don't know if you noticedâthose who came to bathe. Many great saints from the Treta Yuga appeared, some whose age is 10,000 years. They too bathed there. Babaji Maharaj bathed, and Mahatapa Muni also bathed. This auspicious moment came after 144 years. Everyone bathed in this era, and most were from the Treta Yuga.
Interviewer:
Satya, Treta, Dvapara, Kali...
Gurudev:
More than Dvapara, most of the saints and sages came from the Treta Yuga; they have been alive since the time of Ramachandra. So now, God himself is waiting to descend. As for the Kalki avatarâKalki is Lord Narayana himself. Whether you call him the Kalki avatar or something else, there is a slight difference between the era of Kali and the avatar Kalki. Anyway, Kali is the oppressor, and Narayana is the Kalki avatar. He will be born in the year 2025. He must be given time because his horse is not yet ready. The leg of the Devadatta horse is not yet fully healed; a little bit remains. Most of it is done, but there is still some way to go.
Gurudev:
So, the point is, they all will descend. Krishna himself must come. You cannot say Krishna won't come; he must come. Krishna is currently present in the form of Jagannath. He will again have to enter a womb and take human form. Don't doubt this; everyone, including Ravana, will be born. Everyone will return. The seven immortals are already here. They all came to the Kumbha; no one was left out. Everyone came and bathed. Many saints and sages from the Satya, Treta, and Dvapara eras are still alive; they haven't died. If you go to Jnanganj, you will see 10,000-year-old people. Ma Anandamayi from Kankhal is also ready to descend. She can live without breathing; she has no need for respiration. They will all descend one by one. If they don't, it won't work. Ruling such a vast earth is no simple task.
Gurudev:
The gods must come, and they will come in human form. They are literally standing in lineânot just one, but many. Along with the gods, others who are waiting will also descend. It is not possible for the Kalki avatar alone to protect this huge earth. That is why we say that just as Ravana will awaken, Vibhishana will also awaken. Vibhishana is still alive; he is one of the seven immortals. There is a wonderful story that proves Vibhishana is alive. Every night at the Jagannath Temple, after the priest locks up and leaves, exactly at 12 o'clock, a very tall gentleman arrives. As soon as he approaches, the door opens by itself. He goes inside, speaks with the Lord, and then leaves. Slowly, this news reached the ears of the head priest. One day, he decided to see for himself who this person was. He hid and waited. When the figure was leaving, the priest caught him and asked, "Who are you?" He replied, "I am Ravana's brother from Lanka. I come here every day through the air. I meet Rama and Krishna, and then I return." He told the priest, "You have ruined things by catching me; I won't be able to come anymore." The priest apologized and said, "No, please keep coming, I won't bother you. I didn't know it was Vibhishana himself." So you see, they are still alive and have the vision of the Lord.
Gurudev:
In this vast universe, there is truly no death and no birth. No one has died; everyone is alive. Perhaps some are far away in other galaxiesâand there are so many galaxies. Scientists can only identify life in a few, but there are countless others.
Interviewer:
Gurudev, there is a story about Ravana. It is said that when he died, Vibhishana was so preoccupied with his coronation that he couldn't perform the last rites properly. Because of that, Ravana's body was taken to Nagaloka. Some say his body is still kept in a cave in Sri Lanka.
Gurudev:
No, he is already out. People have searched and found him. Ravana's coffin has been opened, and he has been taken out. It's similar to what happened with the Pharaohs. They died 3,000 years ago, but scientists say the sound of their crying can still be heard. They have placed instruments to study it. If that can happen after 3,000 years, then Ravana's return is no big deal.
Interviewer:
And Gurudev, the idea of bringing someone back from death, like the Mrit-Sanjivani used for Lakshmanaâif that is possible, then Ravana's return is definitely possible. When Hanuman went to Sushena Baidya, he was told to bring a specific tree from the Himalayas...
Gurudev:
Yes, the Vishalya Karani tree. Sushena Baidya said it would save Lakshmana. Hanuman leapt to the Himalayas, and although there were many dangersâincluding a demoness who swallowed him, whom he escaped by tearing her stomachâhe reached the mountain. When he couldn't identify the specific tree, he brought the entire Gandhamadan mountain to the battlefield. Sushena Baidya found the tree, applied its juice, and Lakshmana came back to life. If such things exist, then those whose bodies are preserved can certainly return.
Interviewer:
But Gurudev, we no longer have physicians like Sushena Baidya. We only have modern doctors, and they can't do such things. Since that mountain was never taken back, it must be somewhere near the ancient battlefield, making it easier to revive those who died.
Gurudev:
It's possible. These events are recorded in the great epics. There are four great epicsâthe Ramayana and Mahabharata in our country, and the Iliad and Odyssey in Greece. However, much "fluff" has been added to these epics over time to make them more appealing to readers. For example, in the Ramayana, many parts, like the story of Luv and Kush, were added much later during the Buddhist era. Before that, no one knew Rama had two sons. These additions depend on the political situation and the influence of the kings of those times. Valmiki's original Ramayana was likely very short, but it has been expanded into thousands of pages.
Gurudev:
There is no doubt a war happened. Ravana's remains still exist. Rama's remains are not here because he gave up his life in the Sarayu river, as did Lakshmana. Some stories say Rama never died. What is true and what is false remains to be seen. We will know for sure when they emerge and we see them with our own eyes. Valmiki's Ramayana doesn't really have an "end"âit concludes with a happy ending.
Gurudev:
What is coming is a time when the gods will descend once more. You will see many great saints and sages from the Satya and Treta Yugas. A war is coming, though it's hard to call it just a warâit is for the establishment of Dharma. Crores of people will die. I have said that almost 700 crore people will perish. Where will all those bodies go? There isn't enough wood to cremate them all. It is a serious matter. Destruction has already begun. People talk about a Third World War, but that is just another name for this destruction. If a nuclear war happens, the smoke and carbon dioxide will be so thick that people won't see the sun for seven days. This is mentioned in the Bhavishya Malikaâa time when it will be night for seven consecutive days. An atomic event would cause this.
Interviewer:
Just a small questionâif the gods are coming, the demons must also return to keep the balance in the war. We saw powerful weapons like the Nagpasha in the past. Today, people compare atomic bombs to those ancient weapons.
Gurudev:
When Rama and Ravana fought, they would touch an arrow to their forehead, chant a mantra, and shoot. Those mantras made the weapons powerful. Today, we call them missiles and give them various names, but are they the same? It's hard to say. The mantras used to kill demons like Hidimba and Tadaka were essentially scientific formulas. Modern scientists have discovered many things, but they are often just updated versions of ancient knowledge. They have simply given them new names.
Interviewer:
So, this future conflict could be seen as an updated version of the Kurukshetra war, just with scientific names.
Gurudev:
Exactly. Many people have already seen the seven immortalsâHanuman, Ashwatthama, Kripacharya. They are alive. In the coming days, they will fight alongside God. Demons will also emerge in various places. The war will be between demons and godsâRight versus Wrong. This is what has always happened, and it is what will happen again. Crores will die, and I cannot say what the world will look like afterward.
Gurudev:
We will end today's discussion here and return with a new topic next time.
Interviewer:
Salutations, Gurudev.
Gurudev:
Yes, salutations, child.
