Narrator:
Kaya Kalpa (Subhash Chandra Bose is among those who have survived to this day to the age of 2000 due to this Kalpa).
Devotee:
Gurudev, we would like to ask you one thing regarding Kaya Paribartan (body transformation) and the Kaya method, if you could tell us something about it.
Guru Shyama Khyapa:
Yes, there are two things: one is the Kaya (physical body) and the other is the Chhaya (shadow). Kaya is a Kalpa; it is called Kayakalpa. Today, those who are in Gyanganj are alive mostly by practicing Kayakalpa. Generally, only high-level spiritual seekers perform Kayakalpa; it is not possible for ordinary people. They might have lived for two and a half to three thousand years, and they are all alive because of Kayakalpa.
Guru Shyama Khyapa:
On the other hand, Kaya means the human body, and the shadow a human casts is called Chhaya. People in Gyanganj are some two and a half, three, or even four thousand years old. Normally, one cannot live that long, so what they do is Kayakalpa. Through Kayakalpa, they live for many more years. Not everyone can do this. Honestly, it is better not to disclose much about Kayakalpa.
Guru Shyama Khyapa:
Kayakalpa is nothing but ending oneās own body and recreating it anew. Destroying the old body and building a new oneāonly they can do this. It is not possible for common people, and even many seekers in this world do not do it, nor do they know the method. The method is completely different.
Devotee:
So, is it only for those high-level seekers?
Guru Shyama Khyapa:
Yes, those in Gyanganj or Gyanpeeth. Some have lived for two and a half, three, or four thousand years. Babaji Maharaj is still alive. A lady is also there who has lived for nearly 1400 years. There are many like that there. They are the ones who perform Kayakalpa. It is a spiritual practice, a Kalpa. There arenāt many mantras involved, but the method is unique. They apply that method to perform Kayakalpa, and for food, they consume metals.
Guru Shyama Khyapa:
They consume metals like gold, silver, zinc, lead, and copper, which are ground into a very fine powder. That is what they consume. Our body is made of seven dhatus (elements/metals). These seven dhatus eventually deplete; they are bound to end one day. But these seekers replenish them beforehand. They practice Kayakalpa using this special method. No one around here knows it. Kings and emperors of the past tried many times; they sent many people to Gyanganj, but no one found it or reached it. Many returned unsuccessful.
Guru Shyama Khyapa:
In the old days, for long life and strength, kings used to consume deer navel. When the deerās navel matures, it is called Mriganabhi or Musk. Most kings used to eat this; it is highly strengthening and helps one live a long life. Many kings tried to find out the secret method because they wanted to live even longer. But no one ever revealed it. This happens only in Tibet, in Gyanganj or Gyanpeeth; they know the method there.
Guru Shyama Khyapa:
One thing I will tell you: in their diet, they consume gold, silver, zinc, copper, and leadāthese seven thingsāin powdered form. You can call these "chemicals" if you like. Just as there is iron in the human body, gold, silver, zinc, copper, lead, and bronze are also present.
Devotee:
Regarding the metals you mentioned, do they acquire them themselves or from someone else?
Guru Shyama Khyapa:
They acquire and prepare them themselves. No outsider can know this. Our body is made of seven dhatus. When these seven metals start to decrease, a person gradually moves toward death. But if these are replenished beforehandāthat is their method. I won't go into the inner details; I shouldn't. They master these seven metals, powder them, and consume them. These are called Swarna-Bhasma (gold ash), Raupya-Bhasma (silver ash), Tamra-Bhasma (copper ash), and so on. They consume these Bhasmas every day. As a result, their Kaya (body) undergoes a transformation; their physical age becomes much younger.
Guru Shyama Khyapa:
These are the components of the body. The body is built on these. If there is a deficiency or if they decrease, a person dies. That is why they do this. I am speaking about the external method; I don't know the inner secrets, to be honest. They eat this. In the past, many emperors, including those from China and India, sent people to find this, but no one returned or survived. No one actually knows the entrance to Gyanpeeth or Gyanganj.
Guru Shyama Khyapa:
It has four levels. On the fourth level, great sages and monks reside, some who are 2000 or 4000 years old. They are absorbed in meditation. They are now trying to reach the Sunāour Sun. Reaching the Sun would normally kill a human, but their spiritual power is so great that they aren't even deterred by it. They are observing the Sun, going near it. The Sun keeps us alive; its rays sustain us and provide life. They want to see what is there with their own eyes, and that process has already begun.
Guru Shyama Khyapa:
Besides whatever else they eat, they powder these seven metals. Gold, silver, and iron Bhasma are body components. They prepare and consume them so that these never decrease. By doing this, an age of 70 can be brought down to 35. This is how they fulfill the deficiencies in the body. This is Kayakalpa. That is all I can tell you.
Devotee:
My question is, you say these seekers are alive by eating these seven metals...
Guru Shyama Khyapa:
Itās wrong to say they are just "alive." Iām saying our body is composed of these seven metals. If one decreases, it causes problems. They consume these to replenish them and prevent aging.
Devotee:
Why don't they let their age increase? That is the question.
Guru Shyama Khyapa:
Perhaps they want to stay longer, or they haven't received the divine instruction to leave yet. Besides the food method, they have many other practices through which they sustain themselves. Gyanganj is a place where you leave at the same age you entered. Age does not increase there. High-level seekers do many things; I only told you about the food. You can call it their special medicine.
Devotee:
In the context of what you said, it seems that these seekers who are 2000 or 3000 years old feel their work on Earth is not yet finished.
Guru Shyama Khyapa:
That is up to the Higher Power. But yes, until their work is done, they will not leave. And these metals must be purified. Itās not as if you can just powder gold or lead and eat it. These Bhasmas must be refined and purified. They even purify mercury. They know the method to refine mercury by heating it and making it "germ-free." It contains many impurities that must be refined. They know those methods; we don't. As far as I know, they eat these, and that is why they don't age. They replenish the body's chemicals this way. And they have purification methods; itās not a simple process.
Devotee:
So youāre saying that since common people don't know the method, it isn't possible for them to increase their lifespan.
Guru Shyama Khyapa:
No, never. That's why it's called Gyanganj or Gyanpeeth.
Devotee:
Common people are forbidden from entering.
Guru Shyama Khyapa:
Entry is absolutely restricted. No one even knows where it is. Many have gone and returned. Even kings who knew such a place existed could never find the door.
Devotee:
Is it possible for Siddha (perfected) seekers to know?
Guru Shyama Khyapa:
Once you come out from there, you are not allowed to re-enter. Like our Barkhani Baba. Once you are out, you cannot go back in. That is the rule in Gyanganj.
Devotee:
So, about the person you mentioned...
Guru Shyama Khyapa:
Most of those at the highest level, the fourth level, live only on air. They are called Pavahari. They are such high-level seekers that they travel through the air. Their feet no longer touch the ground. To maintain their youth, they use certain chemicals which they powder and purify using their secret methods. This keeps their age static. I canāt tell you anything beyond what I know.
Devotee:
Thatās fine, Gurudev. If you don't want to say more, we won't ask, as these are deep matters.
Guru Shyama Khyapa:
Itās about changing the body repeatedly. There is a formidable method for this. No ordinary person knows it, and neither do we, to be clear. I only know that they consume the metals our body is made of, and that too after intense purification.
Devotee:
Since we don't know the purification or consumption methods, it seems impossible for us.
Guru Shyama Khyapa:
They even consume mercury Bhasma after proper rectification.
Devotee:
So, weāve heard from you about Kayakalpa.
Guru Shyama Khyapa:
Yes, it is about the body and shadow. When Surya-devās (the Sun God) wife, Sarbani, wanted to go to her father's house, she took her Kaya (body) and left behind her Chhaya (shadow). Surya-dev lived with that shadow, and a son was born named Shani Maharaj. As the prayer goes, "Chhayaya garbha sambhutam tam namami shanescharam" (I bow to Saturn, born from the womb of the shadow). This is the difference between Chhaya and Kaya. Kaya is our physical body, and the shadow it casts is Chhaya. They are not the same; the shadow is just a reflection of the body. Lowering the body's age involves methods they apply. The high-level seekers there travel through the air and live on air, along with these foods. This keeps their age low because all chemicals are being replenished. We try to replenish things with medicines, but they do it directly with Bhasma. Because they purify and eat that Bhasma, their lifespan increases greatly.
Devotee:
Gurudev, today at Santikunj, under your direction and by the Mother's will, a Yagya (ritual sacrifice) is being performed.
Guru Shyama Khyapa:
That will continue.
Devotee:
It will continue tomorrow as well. Five years ago, you performed a Mahamrityunjaya Yagya. You have started something similar again for human welfare. Please bless everyone.
Guru Shyama Khyapa:
That is what I have done all my lifeāblessing people and working for their welfare. Of course, I will do it. Let people live, let them be well, and let their diseases be curedāthat is what I want. I have wanted this for many years. People come to me with these requests. We maintain this environment here because the Mother is present. The Mother is "alive" here. No unholy practices have entered this place yet, which is why the Motherās presence is so vibrant. Whatever happens is by Her blessing and for Her. I am holding onto the Mother, and as long as I live, I will keep holding onto Her.
Devotee:
Salutations, Gurudev.
Guru Shyama Khyapa:
Salutations, blessings to all.
