Devotee:
Dear viewers, on this auspicious evening at Shantikunj, I begin this episode by paying my respects to Mother Bama Tara. I welcome those of you who are new to our YouTube channel, Dupta Sadhak Shyama Khyapa, and I request our old friends to stay by our side as well. Salutations, Gurudev.
Guru Shyama Khyapa:
Salutations.
Devotee:
Gurudev, you were just speaking with us earlier about a very profound and amazing thing that seemed quite astonishing to us. You mentioned that within this beautiful world, there is another beautiful world where the Great God Mahadev resides, and that you had actually been there. Could you tell us more about that?
Guru Shyama Khyapa:
Yes. I had a long-standing desire to see where the Lord of Lords, Mahadev, lives. My mind was incredibly restless with this wish. One day, I reached a place-you could compare it to a coal mine. Imagine the shaft from which coal is extracted; I somehow ended up in a place like that. This happened in a state of deep spiritual intensity, but my desire was very firm.
Guru Shyama Khyapa:
I went there and saw a massive hole, and from it, a brilliant, terrifying light was emitting. As I went closer, a gentleman-a huge figure holding a kamandalu (water pot) and wearing rudraksha beads-was guarding that portal. He would not let me pass, no matter how many times I tried. He would just gesture with his hand for me to leave.
Guru Shyama Khyapa:
But I didn't give up hope. I thought, "I must go." I stood there for a long time. Eventually, the gentleman called me and told me I could proceed. I was so happy! Once he gave me permission, I entered the hole and went inside.
Guru Shyama Khyapa:
I found another world, much like ours, but it was filled with many tall trees. Every tree was glowing with light. There were bulb-like objects hanging from every tree, and they were falling to the ground. As I started walking under the trees, those "bulbs" fell on my body. The light... how can I describe it? It was exquisite. I have never seen such light in my life. The radiance was so beautiful; it felt as if it increased my lifespan by a hundred years. It was so serene.
Guru Shyama Khyapa:
I was alone; there was no one else there. I was wearing just my pajama and punjabi. My goal was noble: to find Mahadev. I kept walking and walking. The light there was like the radiance of a hundred suns combined-pure, milky white. It didn't make me tired at all. There was no hunger, no thirst, and no need for sleep. I just kept walking.
Guru Shyama Khyapa:
There were small mountains, a few trees, and water bodies. The scenery was so beautiful that my heart was filled with joy. I felt I had reached heaven. I heard a sound-I can't quite describe what kind of sound-and I followed it. It took a long time, maybe a day or two.
Guru Shyama Khyapa:
When I arrived at the source, I saw a massive crowd of people. They were singing the name of Mahadev. I saw the great saints there-Ramakrishna Paramahamsa, Bamdev Baba, Kathiya Baba, Goraknath Baba-all the great spiritual masters. They were surrounding a high place where Mahadev was, and they were guarding Him. Their forms were like tigers, and they were all wearing tiger skins. They wouldn't let anyone get close.
Guru Shyama Khyapa:
I watched from a distance. The beauty was incomparable. I didn't see Mahadev as a person; I saw a Pillar of Light (Jyoti). A terrifyingly beautiful light that you cannot even imagine. You know the ice lingam at Amarnath? It was like that, but its radiance was beyond anything possible in this world. It was unexpected. I felt I had truly reached heaven.
Devotee:
Gurudev, let me ask you-the description you are giving us is quite chilling. We never expected to hear such a story. These matters are usually very secret. Was this a dream you had?
Guru Shyama Khyapa:
No, this was not a dream. This is the truth. It was not a dream. In a dream, you see many things, but I saw this with my own eyes. I lost myself in it. I didn't see His physical form, but I saw that Pillar of Light.
Guru Shyama Khyapa:
There is a description in the meditation of Mahadev: "Dhyayennityam Mahesham Rajatagirinibham Charuchandravatansam... Stuta Amarganai... Vyaghrakriti." It says the immortal beings who praise Him have tiger-like appearances and wear tiger skins. I saw this about 20 or 22 years ago. They wouldn't let me enter, so I watched from a distance and then eventually came back. It was the greatest sight of my life.
Devotee:
Salutations, Gurudev.
Guru Shyama Khyapa:
No, I request everyone not to think this is a made-up story. This is the absolute truth. I saw this with my own eyes. Such things happen in the lives of great souls.
Guru Shyama Khyapa:
Salutations, my son. Salutations.
