Guru Shyama Khyapa:
There isn't much to say. At one point, she came and expressed a strong desire to be initiated (Diksha). I gave her the initiation; I liked her. I initiated her in a somewhat different way because she does a lot of specialized work. I once mentioned that I have a "Reiki Mother," and if she comes, I would dedicate an episode to her. She is here now. You should hear the details from her.

Namaskar, Subhadidi. How did you receive initiation from Gurudev?
Subhadidi:
I had been coming here to see Father (Gurudev) for a while. I had a deep desire to take initiation from him. I missed the initiation date twice. Finally, he gave it to me on the right day. The way he initiated me was unique. He has mentioned many times—and you may have heard—about the Ida, Pingala, and Sushumna; the three nadis (energy channels) within us. When he was initiating me and placed his hand on my head... people give initiation in many ways, and I won't go into that, but I will tell you what I felt. At that moment, he awakened those nadis within me. That was the beginning of my spiritual ascent.
Subhadidi:
I am a specialist in Reiki, Angels, and Crystals. Through these, I can help many people. In our Reiki practice, there is a method where we must remember our Guru. I am so happy that my Gurudev, who showed me the way, and my Reiki Grandmaster, Dr. Mikao Usui... I don't know how to thank them enough. I offer them my deepest respect and salutations. Even though I live quite far from Father, I watch these episodes and feel immense joy. That's why I rushed here today.

Gurudev, your disciple is sitting before you. She is overjoyed to have received initiation from you and has gained much knowledge. What would you say about her?
Guru Shyama Khyapa:
It's not just about the context. She used to practice Reiki, and she still does. She learned it well. I also use energy healing myself. Sometimes, if someone has a tumor or pain that doctors can't diagnose, I use energy. Often, the patient feels better within an hour or two. I do it by taking the Mother's name. But they are specialists; they do it through a formal, methodical process. I know many people have benefited from her. Sometimes, if someone is in trouble, I tell them to call her for a Reiki session.
Devotee:
Subhadidi, how successful is this Reiki treatment?
Subhadidi:
One hundred percent. If someone has a problem, they will feel the results within half an hour of me starting the session. 100%.
Devotee:
Does the patient need to be physically present?
Subhadidi:
Not at all. I know how to do it from a distance. I only need to hear their voice, or better yet, see their face. We work through the "Third Eye." The intention I send reaches them. We use certain symbols for this. Even when I am at home, if I feel like visiting Father's temple, I draw that symbol through my Third Eye, and it creates a bridge. I can worship the Mother from right there. That is why, even after many months, I feel such inner peace coming here.

Regarding this treatment, is there a cost or fee involved?
Subhadidi:
That's a very good question. You see, if you don't pay a doctor's fee, the treatment often isn't as effective. It's the same with us. If you have a stomach ache and I heal you, you might later think, "Oh, it just went away on its own." But I am telling you 100% that I healed you. The "fee" is a matter of energy exchange. If you give someone a gold ring for free, they might lose it because they didn't work for it. But if they pay even one rupee or offer a glass of water, it means they have "bought" the service. Just as Father takes a Haritaki (myrobalan fruit) during initiation, nothing should be free. That exchange is what reaches God.

Which parts of the body can be treated with Reiki?
Subhadidi:
Everything. Physical ailments and mental health too. Nothing is excluded. We are so positive that the word "No" doesn't exist for us. Everything is a "Yes." Today, it's raining heavily, but I knew I would come because I called upon my Angels. I was worried Father might not be at the temple, but I knew my Angels—Michael and Raphael—would make it happen. And look, I'm here, the room is full of life, and I am so happy to see Father and all of you.

Blessings are of two kinds—commercial and spiritual. I have already given her what she needs. I have opened what needed to be opened within her. When I give initiation to people like her, I have to be very conscious. There are ordinary people who take initiation just to chant a mantra occasionally, and I tell them they don't even need to chant as long as I am alive. But for someone like her, who is entering the world to help others, I have to open specific energy centers in the body. Without that, she wouldn't be able to do her work. A Guru's blessing is essential for that.
Guru Shyama Khyapa:
And regarding money—you can earn a lot of money in life, but one must remember the humanity. Many people come to me who have nothing. There are days I have given them money instead of taking any. A man came from Bankura and stayed for three days; before he left, I asked him if he had passage money. Another person came from Burdwan, walking all the way from Sealdah station because he had no money. I made sure he was fed first. This is about humanity. Love, respect, and devotion are above money. Whether someone is rich or poor, I treat them the same.

Subhadidi, how is this treatment related to science?
Subhadidi:
It is entirely science. We work with Universal Power.
Devotee:
You mentioned calling upon "Angels." How does that relate to science?
Subhadidi:
Angels are messengers. They bridge the gap between the Divine and humans, animals, and the entire world. The moment we pray to them, that prayer goes into the "Universal Power" or "White Light" that we work with. It is all connected.
