Narrator: Here is the clean, punctuated, and accurately translated English version of the transcript. I have formatted it as a dialogue between the Host and Gurudev for better readability, as there are clearly two speakers.
Narrator: [Introductory Hook - Gurudev]
Guru Shyama Khyapa: The presiding deity of the Moon is Mother Bhuvaneshwari. Humans cannot survive without the Moon. To live, human beings need the Moon's help. However, if a person's time has come and the Moon isn't aligned, the Moon has to be invoked to bring about death. This is the main point.
Devotee: Pranam, Gurudev. Pranam to all of you. I hope you are all doing well and engaging in Harinaam Sankirtan (chanting the Holy Names). Today, we will continue our discussion on the Dasha Mahavidya (Ten Wisdom Goddesses of Tantra). Gurudev has been speaking to you about the goddesses of the Dasha Mahavidya. You have already heard about Mother Kali, Mother Tara, and Mother Shodashi. Today, Gurudev will speak about Mother Bhuvaneshwari. Gurudev will speak, and you will listen.
Guru Shyama Khyapa: Look, the ruling planet of Goddess Bhuvaneshwari is the Moon (Chandra). Now, a human being cannot survive without the Moon. But sometimes, to release a person from prolonged suffering, a ritual called Chandrayan must be performed. Without it, a person might not pass away naturally. It means invoking the Moon. That is why it is called Chandrayan.
Guru Shyama Khyapa: This Goddess is the Ishwari (Supreme Sovereign) of the Bhuvan (Universe)-She who operates the entire universe. Lord Brahma performed intense penance to bring Her to Earth. I am speaking of that Goddess Bhuvaneshwari. She is the presiding deity of the Moon. The Moon is extremely beautiful to look at, but I must also share its hidden side: the Moon is a messenger of death.
Guru Shyama Khyapa: Unless the Moon's influence arrives, a person does not die. That is why, when a person is lingering and not passing away, Chandrayan is performed. The Moon is invoked to grant them the release of death. This process is called Chandrayan, nothing else. The Moon is summoned, and death is granted.
Guru Shyama Khyapa: Anyway, Her power is immense. Goddess Bhuvaneshwari is a vital part of this Dasha Mahavidya. She is the Goddess of the Universe, holding the weight of the world in Her hands. The entire world sleeps peacefully, resting its head on Her lap. She is Mother Bhuvaneshwari, and She controls everyone.
Guru Shyama Khyapa: There is a story in the Puranas about the Moon; let me tell you that. The Moon was incredibly beautiful, serene, and, what can I say, didn't speak much. Now, King Daksha had seven daughters. The Moon loved all seven daughters, and the seven daughters loved the Moon as well. Eventually, this news slowly reached the ears of the King.
Guru Shyama Khyapa: King Daksha called all the daughters one day. Each one confessed, 'Yes, I love him.' Daksha became furious. He summoned the Moon and asked, 'Do you love my seven daughters?' The Moon replied, 'Yes, I do.' At that moment, King Daksha cursed the Moon, saying, 'I am King Daksha, and I curse you that you will suffer and die from a disease of decay.'
Guru Shyama Khyapa: That is why the Moon suffers from this affliction. He grows by one phase (kala) every day, and he diminishes by one phase every day. We call this disease Yakshma (tuberculosis/consumption) or the disease of decay. The Moon has this affliction. Due to King Daksha's curse, the Moon was afflicted, and as a result, he waxes and wanes.
Guru Shyama Khyapa: Regarding Mother Bhuvaneshwari-She is an exceptionally great Goddess within our Dasha Mahavidya. If someone performs penance dedicated to Her, they achieve tremendous progress. She is the one who controls the universe itself. Lord Brahma himself performed penance to Her. She is Mother Bhuvaneshwari. She has been placed at the highest position in our Tantric sadhana (spiritual practice).
Guru Shyama Khyapa: Every planet has a deity, and the presiding deity of the Moon is Mother Bhuvaneshwari. This is the main essence. To put it simply, when a person is not passing away, the Moon is invoked, and then death is granted. Humans cannot survive without the Moon; we need the Moon's help to live. But if the Moon is not present when it is time to die, the Moon must be invoked to bring about death. That is the core point.
Devotee: So, you just heard about Mother Bhuvaneshwari. Gurudev is indeed discussing all the Goddesses of the Dasha Mahavidya, but you will notice that he only shares what can safely be spoken about in public. Gurudev will not reveal any deep esoteric knowledge or secret mantras just like that.
Devotee: You might hear people talking about these things elsewhere, but those who truly know our Gurudev know that he always preferred to remain hidden. It is only recently that we practically dragged him onto social media. Deep down, he still wishes to remain private. He speaks a little because of our constant urging, but there are things that simply cannot be spoken. The divine knowledge we have received from God cannot be carelessly distributed on the streets; it's just not possible.
Guru Shyama Khyapa: Absolutely. No matter how much you ask, it cannot be done.
Devotee: Many of you ask in the comments for us to go into more detail. But believe me, whatever little Gurudev shares contains a vast amount of wisdom. If you want to know specific mantras or deeper secrets, that is simply not possible for Gurudev to share publicly. Anyway, you heard about Mother Bhuvaneshwari. You heard as much as Gurudev deemed appropriate. I will ask Gurudev to conclude the episode now, but before that, if we could just have a little Harinaam Sankirtan...
Guru Shyama Khyapa: Yes, Harinaam Sankirtan. This is what is repeatedly chanted:
Guru Shyama Khyapa: Hare Krishna, Hare Krishna, Krishna Krishna, Hare Hare.
Guru Shyama Khyapa: Hare Rama, Hare Rama, Rama Rama, Hare Hare.
Guru Shyama Khyapa: Harer Nama Kevalam, Harer Nama Kevalam, Harer Nama Kevalam.
Guru Shyama Khyapa: Kalau Nastyeva, Kalau Nastyeva, Kalau Nastyeva Gatir Anyatha. (In the age of Kali, there is no other way than the Holy Name).
Guru Shyama Khyapa: Alright. This is Goddess Bhuvaneshwari. There is nothing more to say. She is the Goddess to whom Brahma Himself performed penance and placed on the highest pedestal. She represents a massive part of the Dasha Mahavidya. Without Her, your life cannot function. Human life cannot go on without the Moon. As the Moon orbits, it eventually brings death to a person. And if it cannot, then Chandrayan is performed. By invoking the Moon, release in the form of death is granted. I have explained this to you briefly.
Devotee: I would like to inform you all that you can find the links to all our previous episodes in the description box. Everyone, please stay healthy, stay well, and keep chanting the Holy Names. Pranam, Gurudev.
Guru Shyama Khyapa: Pranam.
