GURUDEV:
Pranam, son. Tell me.
FOLLOWER:
Gurudev, I recently visited a temple. I had been experiencing pain in my right hand for several years. I consulted many doctors and physicians, but nothing worked. There was a Guru there to whom I mentioned my hand pain. He told me, âGo home, your hand pain will be cured.â For the past two or three days, I have felt that the pain in my hand is gone. Gurudev, regarding this matterâŠ
GURUDEV:
You see, I will bring him here one day; he will have much to say. We also practice Reiki. It is a massive method. That is why so many people are being healed; itâs not just about herbs and medicines. There is a grand method in Reiki. In this method, we prioritize two things: Crystals and Angels.
GURUDEV:
Furthermore, one must learn about our chakras. One must know about their colors; different chakras have different colors. Work is being done on this now. You must understand our chakras, their colors, and their functions. If you don't understand the anatomy of the bodyâwhat is whereâyou cannot practice Reiki. A doctor is made through anatomy. Similarly, without anatomy, Reiki is not possible.
GURUDEV:
To practice Reiki, one must first go to an organization that teaches it. Concentration is a huge part of it. After that, you need the blessings of the Guru and the deity. You must invoke Reiki. Whether you use Crystals or Angels, you must call upon them. Just as we invoke God by saying, "Agachha, Agachha, Tistha, Tistha," we must remember and invoke them in the same way.
GURUDEV:
While invoking, you must rub your hands together. You will feel certain parts of your body vibrating. That is when you know they have arrived. Whether it is a Crystal, an Angel, or a Chakra, you will feel the vibrationâthe hair on your head, your eyes, or your ears might twitch. That is when you know the power has arrived. This power is very strong.
GURUDEV:
You keep rubbing your hands and remembering them. A time will come when the power arrives, and you will feel it. It could be an Angel, a Crystal, or the awakening of a Chakra. Through this Reiki, even if someone has a tumor in their stomach, it can reduce the pain. Although surgery might still be needed, Reiki plays a huge role. It is a very difficult method, but it exists.
GURUDEV:
This method was kept secret by Lord Buddha; he never gave it away. A gentleman named Mikao Usui discovered it and spread it, especially in Japan. Today, the reason COVID-19 could not affect Japan as muchâthe reason there were fewer deathsâis Reiki. Reiki is practiced in every household in Japan.
GURUDEV:
Not everyone can do it. Some people show off after doing a little bit, acting like theyâve become someone great. Ego creeps in. Thatâs why concentration is key. You must know the anatomy of the body, have a concept of the chakras, the angels, and the crystals.
GURUDEV:
Reiki is performed on oneâs own body. For example, Shirdi Sai Babaâsomeone might come and say, "Baba, I can't walk because of my knee." He would take some water, apply it to the knee, and massage it while practicing Reiki. The ailment would be cured. There is living proof of this in Shirdi Sai's life.
GURUDEV:
Nowadays, people do a little and start jumping around. But this requires long perseverance and deep concentration. One must maintain many rituals and disciplines. Since it is related to Buddha, one must follow the Eightfold Path (Ashta Marga) and many other things. It is a complete science.
GURUDEV:
The more you rub your hands and call upon themâthe Angels, the Crystals, or the awakening of the chakrasâthe more you will feel the vibration in your body. When the power arrives, that is when it should be utilized. Without power, it won't work. The negative energy will leave, and the positive will come. If a person can do this, the coronavirus is nothing to them.
GURUDEV:
People won't do these things because they don't have time, or they think it's some sort of fraud or a way to make money. But the truth is, one must live truthfully and purely for Reiki to work well. We do it too; it would be wrong to say we donât. We do it extensively.
FOLLOWER:
Gurudev, I want to ask another thing. If someone wants to learn Reiki, what should they do?
GURUDEV:
Nothing much. They must go to a place where Reiki is taught and enroll. There are classes; the minimum course is six months. There are books to read. Then, they must understand the person they are practicing on. The anatomy will be explained to themâwhat is where in the body and what protects what.
GURUDEV:
Then you must awaken the Mooladhara, the Kula-Kundalini, and the Swadhisthana. The Third Eye must be opened. Only then will you be fit for Reiki. By constantly rubbing your hands, a power is created. Whether you think of an Angelâthey will come. When they are present, you might not see them with your eyes, but you perform Reiki for them. Gradually, the ailment will disappear.
GURUDEV:
But if you do it without attaining perfection (Siddhi) or without a Guru, there is a possibility of danger. Therefore, those who want to practice Reiki must first enroll, take a six-month training, and read the books. They must find a Guru. Some accept Lord Buddha as their Guru because this is his Reiki, originating from Tibet. Japan is famous for this.
GURUDEV:
People here might call it fraud or a money-making scheme, but this is the truth. It still happens today, even in this era. Concentration and meditation are the most important things. You must invoke an Angel or a Crystal.
GURUDEV:
You will notice one thing: all sweet shops close after 10 PM. They wash and clean everything. All the food is replaced with fresh sweets. They light incense and sit there. Until late at night, the sweet shops stay open. Even if there are no sales, they remain open because they have a firm belief that "Pori" (Angels/Fairies) come and eat the sweets. If you are acquainted with a good sweet shop owner, he might not tell you openly, but he sets everything out. Between 11 PM and 12 AM, the Pori come and eat the sweets.
GURUDEV:
At that time, if anyone comes with a child to buy sweets, the Pori, who love children, might "catch" or influence them. I know of two or three incidents where a Pori "caught" a child. They don't want to let go easily. The personâs eyes go blank, and they laugh loudly. They can feel the presence, even if they can't see it. Doctors can never cure this. I know a girl in Behala who is now appearing for her secondary exams; she also fell under the influence of a Pori. Once you fall under their influence, itâs a big problem. They don't let go of children, especially if they are good-looking.
GURUDEV:
That is why sweet shops are cleaned thoroughly after 10 PM. The old sweets are removed, and new ones are arranged. Incense is lit, and everyone stays quiet. Neither the employees nor the owner will be in the front. They sit somewhere inside with the firm belief that the Pori will come. In this Reiki, the Pori (Angels) have a major role.
GURUDEV:
In our country now, people think these things are just "cheating." But I say this is scientific, and its benefits are immense if done correctly.
