Gurudev, at the beginning of the year, you made a video where you discussed both positive and negative occurrences. Among the positives, you mentioned the Maha Kumbh, which takes place every 12 years. However, a major accident involving a fire occurred during this year’s Maha Kumbh. How do you interpret this?
Guru Shyama Khyapa:
Look, a specific astrological alignment—a yog—has occurred after 144 years. It’s a powerful and intense alignment. The fire \"touched\" this alignment, which means the energy of that yog will no longer remain. Its resonance will be lost. People were talking about how significant this 144-year cycle is.
Guru Shyama Khyapa:
Many people came to me before going to the Kumbh. I told them, \"Rinam kritva ghritam pibet\"—which means, even if you have to borrow money to live well or fulfill your spiritual duties, do it. I told those who didn't have enough money to take a loan and go. This specific alignment holds immense spiritual significance. Common people may not fully grasp its weight, but sages and saints do. Many arrived in their subtle bodies, and many in physical form. The first holy bath took place; I even received some of the Kumbh water.
Guru Shyama Khyapa:
But just as the main events were beginning, the fire broke out. When a fire occurs during such an event, it generally signifies that the spiritual merit or the \"yog\" of that period is disrupted. Fire \"consumes\" it. Accidents can happen; back in 2013, 36 people died in a stampede. This year, they say several cylinders exploded. I find it hard to believe that no one died in such a situation. If cylinders explode at that scale, it’s unlikely there were no casualties. Regardless of the official reports, the fact that a fire broke out during such a monumental alignment is a very negative sign. In my view, the significance of this 144-year cycle has been tarnished.
Guru Shyama Khyapa:
You saw how California burned. I feel that fire will now reach every household. Since fire broke out at the Kumbh—the Amrit Kumbh (the Pitcher of Nectar)—it implies that fire will spread to every home and even cause strife between brothers. I’ve said this before, and I’m saying it again. This incident happened suddenly, but I was expecting something to occur because of the sheer pressure of the crowd. 50 crore (500 million) people in such a small area is no joke. Managing their food, stay, and sanitation is a massive task. I anticipated something would happen, and it did.

Almost 40 huts and three tents were burnt to ashes.
Guru Shyama Khyapa:
It is a stroke of luck that the fire didn't spread further, otherwise, it would have been uncontrollable.
Devotee:
They managed to bring it under control quickly, and so far, there are no reports of casualties or hospitalizations.
Guru Shyama Khyapa:
As I said, I find it hard to believe that no one was hurt given the number of cylinders that exploded, but that's a matter for the government. My point is that the sanctity of the Kumbh has been marred. The \"nectar\" has been affected by the heat of the fire. The consequences will be severe. Fire will break out in various places because this is the year of Mars—a year of fire and blood. Just as blood will flow, fire will also play its part. It started in January with the earthquake in Tibet where many died.
Guru Shyama Khyapa:
I don't know where this is leading, but after winter, the frequency of earthquakes will increase. Volcanoes are waking up. Looking at all this, it feels like the world is heading toward destruction; it won't last much longer.
Devotee:
So, the fire at the Kumbh is like a small example of how the world is heating up?
Guru Shyama Khyapa:
Yes. And after this comes war. World War III is approaching; the stage is set. You could say it has already begun. From March 24th, things will escalate. I’ve mentioned this before—the planetary positions right now are exactly as they were during the Kurukshetra War in the Mahabharata. A \"Kurukshetra\" is about to begin.
Guru Shyama Khyapa:
Many are noticing this alignment now, but I predicted this a year ago—that World War III would be preceded by these specific planetary shifts. Furthermore, six planets are coming into a single line, which is not a good omen. It could destabilize the Earth. If six planets pull in one direction, it could trigger massive earthquakes, possibly exceeding 8 or 10 on the Richter scale.
Guru Shyama Khyapa:
All these events will happen one by one. The wildfire of war has begun. It’s frightening. Many people will perish—it is said that one-third of the world's population could be lost. The year 2025 is also when the Kalki Avatar is said to take form; the \"horse\" is ready. When you consider the influence of Saturn and Mars, there will be unavoidable bloodshed. No one can stop this war.
