Devotee

My respects to you, Gurudev.

Guru Shyama Khyapa

Yes, my son, tell me.

Devotee

I have come back after a long time. It has been a while since I enjoyed your company. I kept thinking of coming, but due to some work and my father’s poor health, I couldn't make it. After the two episodes we filmed for YouTube, at least 50 to 60 people from Bali and Belur (where I live) asked me how to reach Gurudev. They asked for the way or some contact. Two or three people have already visited you; they said it was wonderful. One person’s marriage wasn't happening, but after visiting you, it did. They were telling me about it.

So, I’ve returned after a long time. My respects at your feet. Please stay well and healthy. It feels so good to see you. Coming here brings a different kind of feeling—a peace that cannot be expressed in words.

Guru Shyama Khyapa

Peace is always maintained here. Peace is found here.

Devotee

No, I mean it truly can't be explained. As I was coming here with Tapas-da, I told him that despite the noise of the cars and the crowd outside, once you enter here and see the faces of the people and especially Gurudev... it’s something I can't express. I came today and we were chatting, and I suggested to Gurudev that we should do another YouTube episode.

Guru Shyama Khyapa

Yes, definitely, we will. Why not? I saw you in Darjeeling with Paran Babu (Actor Paran Bandyopadhyay).

Devotee

Yes, with Paran Bandyopadhyay. We shot at a shop called "Siliguri पंजाबी Haat." The banner for that is already up. The second shoot will happen soon in Cooch Behar. Paran-ji is older now, so he is a bit afraid of going up into the mountains. He said he did the film Tonic up there only because Dev (the actor/producer) asked him to, but otherwise, he fears the heights and breathing issues.

Guru Shyama Khyapa

Where in Cooch Behar will you shoot?

Devotee

Near the Madan Mohan Temple.

Guru Shyama Khyapa

Ah, Madan Mohan-tala. I lived there for a long time, so I know it well. 90% of the people in Cooch Behar know me. In Siliguri and Cooch Behar, 90% know me. Madan Mohan-tala is very familiar. I went there recently. It’s a temple of Sri Krishna.

Devotee

Gurudev, I wanted to ask something about Lord Vasudev Jagannath.

Guru Shyama Khyapa

Go ahead.

Devotee

Lord Jagannath is Lord Krishna himself, we know that.

Guru Shyama Khyapa

Absolutely, there is no doubt. Beside him is Ma Subhadra, his sister. Which goddess is she an incarnation of? Is she a form of Mahalakshmi or someone else?

Precisely. There is no doubt she is Mahalakshmi. The one in whose lap the entire world sleeps in peace, we call her Subhadra. Beside her is Balaram. Balaram is Lord Shiva (Mahadev) himself. He is called Haladhar (the wielder of the plow). In other languages, they say Haladhar; I call him Shiva. Wherever there is creation, the Guru must be there. Shiva is the Guru of Sri Krishna.

If you go to Kedarnath, there is also Badrinath. Badrinath is Narayan (Vishnu), and Kedarnath is Shiva. Wherever Shiva is, Krishna is there too.

Devotee

I have heard that at the Puri Jagannath temple, Lord Jagannath has "bound" Hanuman-ji to protect the gates. Is this true?

Guru Shyama Khyapa

It is true. He is still alive in this age. There are seven Chiranjeevis (immortals). Among them is Vibhishana, the brother of Ravana. Vibhishana is alive today. So is Parashurama.

The "Great War" will start from the Puri temple. Our time is coming. There is a book called Bhavishya Malika, which is referred to as the Jagannath Bhagavat.

Devotee

That book is so clear, written so long ago, and everything in it is coming true.

Guru Shyama Khyapa

Yes. They have formed 16 Mandals (circles/zones). They are traveling all over India spreading the Dharma. They have appointed me as a Pracharak (preacher) for one of these Mandals. We are responsible for Bihar, Assam, and Bengal.

Devotee

So you are the head of this Mandal?

Guru Shyama Khyapa

I am the preacher. They asked me because I have spoken about Bhavishya Malika before. They were very pleased. They asked me to preach and to tell people to stop eating fish, meat, and eggs. Krishna does not like these things. In the coming days, remember Krishna and say "Jai Siya Madhav."

They liked my YouTube videos. They invited me from the Jagannath Temple to speak about Bhavishya Malika.

Devotee

What you said is wonderful. Recently, I was at the house of Jeet-da (Bengali superstar). He also asked how Hindus can eat fish and meat. He said they aren't truly following the faith because meat isn't even allowed in their homes.

Guru Shyama Khyapa

Look, whenever we go to places like Uttar Pradesh, they call us "Fish-eating Bengalis." They ask, "Do you eat fish?" Because fish and meat are the food of ghosts and demons (Rakshasas). We shouldn't eat them. This is their perspective.

Devotee

Nanok Mandani (Jeet's brother) told me that when God created humans, he made them vegetarians. I couldn't answer him then, but he explained that humans have flat teeth for grinding. Carnivores have two large front teeth for tearing meat. Our eyes are also shaped differently; carnivores like tigers have round eyes.

Guru Shyama Khyapa

Eating meat is wrong. In the coming days, the world population of 8 billion will drop to only 330 million. In India, out of 1.4 billion, only 330 million will remain. About 1 billion people will perish here, and 7 billion globally. This is what Bhavishya Malika says. In some places, only one or two people will remain alive in an entire ward.

Devotee

No matter how much we advance in science, we are still children before Mother Nature. We saw what happened with COVID.

Guru Shyama Khyapa

Another terrifying disease is coming. It won't even give you 24 hours. It has already started in parts of Africa. People will vomit blood and bleed from their noses. It will be over in an hour.

Devotee

This is because of human sins.

Guru Shyama Khyapa

Sins are overflowing. The lifespan of the Kali Yuga was supposed to be 432,000 years, but it has been cut down to just 5,000 years because of sin. The war of Kurukshetra hasn't truly ended. The "Third World War" will be like the final phase of Kurukshetra.

In Kurukshetra, the soil is still red because of the massive bloodshed. The earth there is still soaked. When Pakistan attacks India, as predicted in Bhavishya Malika, a great Yajna (ritual) will take place near Sealdah station. All 16 Mandals will gather for it. We already performed the "Mahamrityunjaya Yajna" for 1,000 days.

Devotee

I have to say, it is rare to find a person like you in this world who has no greed for money. Coming to this temple brings a peace I don't find elsewhere.

Guru Shyama Khyapa

God cannot be sold. Those who do it are filling their own "pot of sins." My principle is simple: you cannot sell God for money.

Devotee

I remember you once said to someone who wanted to give a sari to the Goddess: "The Mother already owns all the gold and jewels in the world. What will she do with your one sari? She is the one feeding you; what can you possibly feed her?"

Guru Shyama Khyapa

Exactly. That is my firm belief. She feeds you; what will you give her? Just let go of your ego. God is there; let Him be. You just need to have faith that He is guiding you. Not a leaf falls without His command.

Devotee

Gurudev, I want to ask about Lord Narasimha. They say He is very protective of His devotees, but also very fierce.

Guru Shyama Khyapa

He killed Hiranyakashipu to save Prahlad. When Hiranyakashipu asked Prahlad if God was inside a pillar and kicked it, Narasimha burst out. We worship Him with the mantra: "Lola-jihva... Narasimhim-achutam." He is known for His flickering tongue and immense strength. He is worshiped as the protector of the world.

Devotee

Can we worship Narasimha at home?

Guru Shyama Khyapa

It is a very strict worship. It must be completed by 12:00 PM (noon). He is incredibly powerful but also very kind to His devotees. The "Narasimha Kavach" (protective prayer) is very precious.

Devotee

And Durga Puja? Can we do that at home?

Guru Shyama Khyapa

Durga is the Goddess of the home. You should definitely do it. During COVID, I told everyone to worship Durga in their homes. There is no other way to find peace.

Devotee

I also want to invite you to my place because right across from my house is where Sri Ramakrishna once said, "This is the living Shiva." He brought Vivekananda and the Holy Mother there. It is the temple of Baba Kalyaneswara Mahadev. It is a "Swayambhu" Linga (self-manifested). The story is similar to Tarakeswar—a cow used to offer its milk to a black stone in the forest. The King of Bali followed the cow and discovered it.

Sri Ramakrishna used to visit there by boat from Dakshineswar before Belur Math was even built. He told Swami Brahmananda that this Shiva is "alive" and speaks. To this day, the monks from the Math offer water there every morning before the public is allowed.

Guru Shyama Khyapa

You see, there is a difference between the "Math" and the "Mission." The Mission allows the consumption of fish and meat for some, but in Belur Math, it is not allowed. Ramakrishna believed in many deities, but the Math focuses on the idea that God is One and Secondless.

When Vivekananda went to Kanyakumari, he saw the Goddess in the form of a young girl (Kumari). He came back and told his disciples to perform Durga Puja and Kumari Puja. That tradition continues today.

Devotee

It was wonderful talking to you. Gurudev gave me the chance to record this video. Getting the dust of your feet is a big deal for me. Stay well and healthy, Gurudev.

Guru Shyama Khyapa

I see you on YouTube with various people. It’s good. My blessings are always with you. Definitely. Stay well.

Pranam.
